As your new Grand Echanson, I am very proud to present a very special and first Mondiale event of the year. On Tuesday, June 28 at 6pm, we will present “Ciders from Normandie” at Stage Left Steak in New Brunswick, NJ.

This event is uniquely special as we will feature some of the finest ciders in the world produced in the pre–eminent region for cider; Normandie, France. Our featured cider producer is “Ferme Romilly”. We are proud to host Mark Sofferman who imported these beautiful ciders to the US.
