In Argentina, we visit top wine-producing areas in Mendoza: Luján de Cuyo, Maipu, and the region of Uco Valley. Begin your trip in Santiago de Chile to enjoy an evening at Rodolfo Guzman’s culinary institution Borago (named the best restaurant in Chile and the 8th best restaurant in Latin America in the San Pellegrino Restaurants Awards) and a one night stay at the acclaimed, The Singular Hotel. Then head to the central wine region of Chile and visit one of Chile’s iconic vineyards: Santa Rita. After visiting Santa Rita vineyard, you will travel to the beautiful Lapostolle vineyard and taste their 100-point Clos Apalta wine.
