The Triangle Bailliage of The Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is excited to kick of the 2020 season with a 5-course tasting experience with Chef/Owner Brandon Sharp at Hawthorne & Wood in Chapel Hill.
Hawthorne & Wood’s Chef-Owner, Brandon Sharp, grew up in Greensboro, NC and attended UNC-Chapel Hill. He spent the next twenty years cooking in New Orleans, San Francisco, New York, and northern California, earning seven consecutive Michelin stars as Executive Chef of Solbar in Napa Valley from the years 2010-2016. Brandon and his family returned to Chapel Hill in the fall of 2016.
