Military division of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs’ national culinary competition was held at the Culinary Institute of Charleston.
Charleston’s new chapter recognized with national event. About 150 members of Chaine from across the country gathered at the Francis Marion for the group’s Culinary Weekend.
Friday, May 18th 2018, for the very first time five Military Chefs from all branches of service competed in the very first Chaine des Rotisseurs military division national culinary competition held at the Culinary Institute of Charleston.
