All Forms must include a personal and/or professional business address - this is mandatory, as well as the business name. Please ensure to complete all information requested.

Once the Form is completed it must be signed by the Bailli (Chapter President) and then sent to the National Administrative Office along with the applicable fee as described in the Fee Schedule.

Please note, if a couple is joining at the same time each person must complete their own application.

If not submitted correctly the forms will be returned.

		Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Admission Forms
		Professional Members Admission Form - Use this application to join the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs as Professional Member. This form may be used if you wish to Reinstate a lapsed membership or if you are transferring your membership from another country. A Professional Member is classified as a member who owns or works in either a hotel, restaurant, wine or food related industry such as a Hotel Owner, Hotel Director, General Manager, Chef, Vintner and Food Purveyor.

		Non-Professional Admission Form - Use this application to join the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs as a Non-Professional Member. This form may be used if you wish to Reinstate a lapsed membership or if you are transferring your membership from another country. A Non-Professional Member is classified as an amateur member who does not own or work in a business related to the hospitality industry and does not met the criteria of a professional member as outlined above. All other professions and business sectors fall into this member category.

		Promotion-Change in Grade Form - Use this form to officially file your promotion or change in grade to the National Office.

		Fee Schedule and Award Applications
		Fee Schedule - This form contains all the current fees for all the above forms.

		Award Application - For National Council Members only. Use this application to file for the Silver & Bronze Star of Excellence and also the Silver & Bronze Mondiale Medal of Honor.
