Copy Deadlines

Copy deadlines are the last day on which your complete report should reach your Regional Charge(e) de Presse. If an issue is filled up before then, later arriving reports may be pushed back to the following issue. Therefore, it is wise to submit reports well before the deadline. Actually, it is suggested that reports be prepared and submitted as soon after events take place as possible. This creates a desirable situation for everyone. The three copy deadlines each year are:

September 1 (for issue to be mailed in January)

January 15 (for issue to be mailed in May)

May 1 (for issue to be mailed in September)
