Gastronome is the official publication of the U.S. Chaîne des Rôtisseurs and a benefit of membership. The magazine provides coverage of local, regional, national and some international Chaîne events as well as feature stories about members and member establishments.

Subscription information for non-members is available through the link below.

  • Advertising

A limited number of pages are available in each issue for high-quality, full-page advertisements in keeping with the standards of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs. For information about advertising in Gastronome, contact the National Office at 973-360-9200.

  • Editorial

The magazine’s staff is comprised primarily of appointed volunteers (vice chargés de presse) from local chapters supervised by regional officers (chargés de presse provinciaux) and a national chargé de presse. For a list of key personnel and their contact information, click here.

  • Submission Information

Gastronome welcomes submissions from any Chaîne member subject to prior approval by the publisher at presse@chaineus.org. Basic guidelines for submissions are available byclicking here. Consult your regional officer for additional information.
