HONORS Distinguished Mondial Gold Medal of
Honor. This medal is presented by the Consul General Societe Mondiale du
Vin or
the Grand Echanson to distinguished and deserving persons who have made
outstanding contributions to the society.
Mondial Silver Medal of Honor. This medal is presented by the
Consul General Societe Mondiale du Vin or the Grand Echanson to distinguished and
deserving persons who have made outstanding contributions to the society.
Mondial Bronze Medal of Honor. This medal, which may be ordered
from the National Office, may be presented by national officers of the
Societe Mondiale du Vin or once a year by chapter and regional baillis. The medal is
intended for a distinguished guest or a member who has contributed
significantly to the Chaîne and Societe beverage programs.
REGALIA
Decoration. The medal as at present (a small
tastevin).
Certificate. Design similar to that of the
Chaîne.
Livre d'Or. Gold Pages, similar to those of the
Chaîne, are signed
by new members upon induction.
Banner. The Societe
Mondiale du Vin logo embroidered in large circle on red
and blue banner that can be displayed on a floor stand. Contact the National
Office to purchase one.
Vine. Large grape vine trunk approximately 2-1/2 feet long
Maroon Vest.
Beret. Blue and red with medal decoration.
Apron. Dark blue and red satin-lined apron with embroidered
Societe Mondiale du Vin logo. To be worn at induction and when serving at special events. |
